About Us
Buckingham Estates is conveniently located in Sanford, FL with easy access to highways, fine shopping, entertainment complexes and medical facilities. Buckingham Estates boasts an on-site 24 hour Security Services with a manned front gate. A Board of Directors, elected annually and comprised entirely of volunteers, oversees management of the Association's affairs.
This site was conceived as a homeowner resource providing both access to Association related information and a convenient means for homeowners to communicate with the Board of Directors and our Management Company, Sentry Management.
Buckingham Estates was named Community of Excellence Family Friendly Community of the Year for 2015.
The Board of Directors anticipates this site will serve our members well by:
- Keeping Homeowners informed concerning activities of the Association.
- Improving communications between homeowners and their Board.
- Fostering a better understanding of the Board's work.
- Facilitating the implementation of Association policies.
- Providing convenient homeowner access to Rules, Policies and Procedures.
- Improving and standardizing the implementation of the Rules and Policies.
- Providing for future expansion of the site without costly redesign.

How to find us via GPS: Please us this address for the Gate House at 1780 Merlot Drive, Sanford, FL 32771 to get to the front of the neighborhood. Then, input the address you are trying to get to after coming through the front gate. GPS does not understand that the back gate is there and cannot be opened by Residents.
